Here’s how to do it in your pc [just remember you will only need to do this if you have a stock Win 7 Starter / Home Basic]
1. Uninstall Personaliation Panel and Personalization panel DWM controller in case these were previously installed
2. Apply the patch. Your Windows will be automatically rebooted. Just wait… Destroy your finger nails waiting some more… And then TA DA!
3. Enjoy the awesomeness!
